Events and activities

DorpHop collects and publishes information from organisers and public sources. Dates, prices, opening hours and availability can change. Confirm important details with the organiser or original source before travelling or booking. Unless we say otherwise, DorpHop does not organise the events or sell their tickets.

Advertising

Each ad quote or order states its slot, format, run dates, price and approval requirements. The advertiser must have the right to use the image, brand, copy and destination link. We may reject or remove unlawful, misleading or unsuitable content. We do not guarantee a particular number of impressions or clicks unless expressly agreed in writing.

External links

Ticketing, bookings and other external websites are run by their own operators. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those websites.

Content and intellectual property

DorpHop’s design and original text belong to DorpHop or its licensors. Third-party images and material remain subject to their own rights and credits. You may link to public pages, but may not republish our content or imply an affiliation with DorpHop without permission.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide accurate, available information, but cannot control every change to a third-party event. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you or excludes liability where exclusion is not lawful.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and change the date above. South African law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
