Refund policy
This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations for DorpHop advertising. DorpHop does not sell event tickets.

Advertising bookings
Each ad quote or order describes the slot, run dates, price and delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or if something is wrong with the ad. We review refunds case by case, considering work already done, impressions delivered and the reason for the request. We will provide a fair remedy where we do not deliver the agreed service. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
How to request a refund
Email the address below with your name, contact details, order or invoice number, ad slot and reason for the request. We will acknowledge it, ask for any further information and explain our decision in writing. Approved refunds are made through the original payment method where possible; we will confirm the timeframe.
Event tickets
DorpHop does not sell tickets for listed events. For ticket or event cancellations, contact the organiser or ticket provider that received your payment.
